Payment
We currently accept PayPal and Google Checkout payments.
A notification email will be sent to buyers if payment is not received 3 days upon order confirmation; response not received within 24 hours of email will result in negative feedback and cancel of order.
Shipping
We ship within the United States and International. We use UPS as our preferred carrier but can also ship US Postal Service. Shipment will be sent within 24 hrs. of payment. Delivery can take up to 10 days.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit.
- Please make sure your shipping address is accurate; if your shipping address differs from your PayPal shipping address, please state which address to ship to.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the item received is damaged, please send an email immediately upon receipt of the item to info@bluehallon.com. We would need the buyers to send back the item in its original state as it was sent out.
- Upon receipt of the item, a full fund less shipping cost will be refunded to buyers' PayPal account; alternatively a replacement item will be sent.
